Carefully place the item in its original Von Diamonds presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer along with all certification documents.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
